What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping charges for your order are dependent on destination, number of products and product types. 
We are using a real-time shipping rate calculator system to offer you the best available shipping methods and prices.

Our web server automatically contacts FEDEX and USPS to determine the current rates and provides you with various shipping options once you add a product to your cart.

How long will delivery take?

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay with your credit card or Pay Pal.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Of course! You will receive a digital receipt via e-mail and you will find a printed copy enclosed in your shipment.

What if something is wrong with my order?
